Where your personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, whether that recipient is one of our affiliates, a service provider, or another authorised third party.

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to run our reservations, marketing, and website. These providers process personal data on our behalf, under contractual obligations to protect it:

  • SevenRooms — our reservation and guest management platform. Booking details (name, contact information, party size, dining preferences, visit history) are processed by SevenRooms to manage your reservation and improve your dining experience.

  • Google (including Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and related services) — used to understand website traffic, improve our online presence, and manage business listings.

  • Mailchimp — used to send email newsletters and marketing communications to those who have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

These providers may be located outside Singapore. Where this is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, consistent with each provider's own privacy and security commitments.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Cookies
